The ECOWAS mediation mission sent to Mali to hold talks with the military junta over restoring civilian rule in the volatile country have left Bamako after talks ended inconclusively.
The delegation led by mediator Goodluck Jonathan was unable to reach an agreement with the ruling junta on the duration of the new transition.
