The Guinean Minister of Justice said a rogatory commission has been sent to Senegal to hear Guinean opposition leader Cellou Dalein Diallo.
The former Prime Minister has been exiled in Dakar for over 2 years bevause of his alleged involvement in the sale of Air Guinea in 2002 when he was Minister of Equipment and Transport.
Although other defendants have already been heard and charged by the Court for the Repression of Economic Offences, Cellou Dalein Diallo accuses the ruling military of wanting to use this case to keep him out of future presidential elections.
