Ghana’s President Nana Akufo-Addo has sworn in three new members of the Electoral Commission (EC).
This comes ahead of the Parliamentary and Presidential elections in 2024.
While the president urged the commissioners to uphold diligence in executing their mandate, there have been some concerns raised especially by the opposition National Democratic Congress about the neutrality of one of the appointees.
