The Ghana Union of Traders (GUTA) has threatened nationwide demonstration if retail laws are reviewed in favor of Nigerian traders. This follows an announcement by the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, stating that Nigerian traders will be exempted from the $1 million minimum capital under the law.
