Traders in Ghana are lamenting poor sales this year during Christmas celebrations.
This they say is due to the coronavirus pandemic as well as political uncertainty which has discouraged many from visiting market places.
For transport operators however, the increased vehicular traffic has greatly affected sales as they are unable to make as many trips a day, and cannot increase transport fares.
They are therefore appealing to the government for some sort of financial assistance.
