The speaker of Ghana’s parliament has deferred to the plenary, the ruling on whether or not Dome Kwabenya’s legislator, Sarah Adwoa Safo’s seat be declared vacant. 

There has been clamour for the legislator to lose her seat having abandoned parliamentary duties for more than 5 months.
