On Thursday, Ghana’s president, Nana Akufo-Addo assented the electronic transactions bill, which now makes it law after the legislature passed it on Tuesday
The signing of the bill into to law comes in spite of legal processes filed at the country’s Supreme Court by the opposition members of parliament challenging its legality.
