The Police Service has arrested 16 people for allegedly invading a Private TV studio and disrupting normal programming over the weekend.

The police stated that the arrest was carried out following a complaint from the Despite Media Group (UTV) and the Ministry of Information.

A statement by the police on its social media handles, said the individuals are currently detained and assisting with investigations.

As James Adjapong reports, the group claimed to be representatives of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
