Six persons including 3 soldiers in Ghana have been sentenced to death by hanging for high treason.

It comes after the Accra High Court found them guilty of plotting to overthrow the government in 2019.

WADR’s Naa Dedei Tettey in Accra reports that a senior police officer and two others who were part of the accused have been acquitted.
