The Attorney General’s Office has been sued by two Members of Parliament, over Parliament’s approval of salaries for the spouses of the President and Vice President.

The suit comes amidst widespread opposition to parliament’s decision to pay the monies, described as unconstitutional, unnecessary and further burden on the taxpayer.
