Germany gives Senegal €20 million for COVID-19 vaccine development

The German government has announced a 20 million euro for covid19 vaccine development in Senegal.

Visiting German Minister for Cooperation, Dr. Gerd Muller, made the announcement Thursday during a visit to the Pasteur Institute in Dakar.

According to him, the unit will be used to produce other vaccines in the future.
