Gambians call for price controls as food prices rise

Gambians are calling for price control amid recent price hikes of basic food commodities and want the next president to tackle the problem.

As Sankulleh Janko reports from Banjul, a bag of rice, which was sold for 17 dollars before 2017, now costs 31 dollars.

The Gambia will conduct presidential election on December 4.
