The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) of Ghana has referred former Sanitation Minister Cecilia Dapaah’s case to the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO).
speaking at a press briefing in the capital Accra, Kissi Agyebeng, said the case falls within the money laundering scheme which is within the purview of EOCO. Hence the decision to refer the case.
His comments follow an Accra High Court decision for the OSP to return Cecilia Dapaah’s seized funds to her within 72 hours.
