Benin’s ex-prime minister Lionel Zinsou has attributed incessant insecurity in the Sahel region to the Mexican cartels.

Mr. Zinsou analysis was based on the sophisticated weapons used by radical groups in terrorizing the Sahel region.

He insists there is an international force providing weapons to the terrorist groups.
