ECOWAS experts have is engaged in a three day meeting to review and validate the draft Supplementary Act Setting the Conditions and Modalities for Community Levy Implementation and Management.

The meeting was held in Accra and once this is approved, it will replace the Protocol on Community Levy which had been in existence for 25 years.
