Government spokesman Lionel Bilgo said the delegation led by Ghana’s Foreign Affairs minister Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, and the President of the ECOWAS Commission, Jean-Claude Kassi Brou, is composed of experts from the military and security, humanitarian and political fields.
