Lawyers of former Guinean Prime Minister Ibrahima Kassory Fofana and company say they welcome the ruling by the ECOWAS Court of Justice.
The Court’s decision ordered the unconditional release of their clients.
At a press conference in Conakry, the nation’s capital, the Fofana’s legal team called on the Guinean state to urgently implement order and submit a report on the state of implementation.
They are threatening to boycott the hearings at the Court of Repression of Economic and Financial Offences CRIEF if the ECOWAS Court of Justice’s decision is executed.
