A leader of the Guinean political opposition movement, FNDC Mamadou Billo Bah, was evacuated Thursday afternoon to the Ignace Deen hospital in Conakry.
The head of mobilization of the National Front for the Defense of the Constitution (FNDC) was arrested on January 21.
Denouncing the latest development, FNDC revealed that Mamadou Billo Bah suffers from the dilation of the torture he endured during his arrest.
Despite the insistence of doctors for his hospitalization, the Guinean ruling government refused to grant him the necessary care, the group said.
