President Muhammadu Buhari has assured of a free, fair and transparent electoral process in the 2023 general elections.

President Buhari conveyed this message in a video broadcast to commemorate the country's Democracy Day Celebration on the 12th of June.

According to the President, the signs so far are positive, especially with the primaries recently conducted by all registered political parties to select their candidates for next year's elections.
