Sierra Leone's Ministry of Health says a campaign intended to vaccinate over 300, 000 people in the country within the period of ten days, is set to exceed its initial target.
It says the first days of the campaign have witnessed a soaring number of people opting to be vaccinated after an initial mass rejection of the vaccines.
The country has recorded over six thousand three hundred cases since the outbreak of the pandemic last year.
Ministry of Health spokesperson Herald Thomas, has been speaking to WADR about the ongoing vaccination exercise in the country.
