The National Human Rights Commission NHRC of the Gambia has raised concern over the use of children in political campaigns as the process started on Tuesday.
The commission also frowned upon the issue of executive orders adding that it will remind Gambians of former President Yahya Jammeh’s stern regime.
While expressing concern about the level of hate speech, NHRC says it met party leaders to make a commit to speak out against hate speech.
