Part of the opposition in Chad has planned to obstruct the constitutional referendum due December 17,from taking place. 

Max Kemkoye, the leader of the Union of Democrats and Development and Progress (UDP), and his associates have criticized the process, labeling it as unlawful and lacking transparency.
