In Burkina Faso, robberies in the cities of Ouagadougou and Bobo Dioulasso are worrying residents.

According to figures released by the security agencies, the country recorded Five hundred and seventeen (517) armed attacks and assaults last year. Meanwhile, losses are estimated at over 200 million FCFA and more than 300 cell phones stolen.

And the phenomenon has been on the rise since the beginning of this year.
