Burkina Faso is mobilizing partners to finance its development plan for the period 2021-2025.
The government has announced that a donor conference will be held in early December. The authorities in Ouagadougou have put together a 29 billion euros plan.
The 29 billion Euros amount to more than 19 trillion CFA francs.
This is the cost of the second National Economic and Social Development Plan.
