The Burkinabe Interim President Captain Ibrahim Troare Wednesday signed the decree on general mobilization and warning.

This decree gives details on the application of this new decision for a period of 12 months.

As Abdullahi Hassan reports, the decree now endorsed by Captain Traore was first adopted at the Council of Ministers last Thursday.
