Sierra Leone's central bank through an Economic Diversification project has collaborated with the World Bank to launch the Upgraded Sierra Leone Collateral Registry.

It is an initiative, which according to the Bank Governor Prof. Kelfala Kallon will improve access to finance particularly for Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the country.
