Military personnel from thirty countries have renewed their commitment to the fight against violent extremism in sub-Saharan Africa.

At the launch of this year’s flintlock in Accra, deputy commander of the special operations command Africa, colonel Robert Zyla noted that overcoming terrorism has the potential to create a safer society for all.
