more than a dozen terrorists affiliated with the notorious bandit leader, Dankarami, were neutralized by troops of Operation Hadarin Daji in Nigeria’s Zamfara State.

Among the casualties was Jarfa, Dankarami’s top commander. The militants had pledged their allegiance to Dankarami and attempted to launch an attack on the Gidan Danjimma and Kirifada communities in the Birnin-magazine Local Government Area of the state on Wednesday.

However, the troops, with the help of local vigilantes, successfully repelled the assault.
