On World AIDS Day, Nigeria’s Plan Health and Development Initiative has called attention to the compounded struggles of people living with disabilities (PLWD) who are also HIV-positive.

The group highlighted the stigma, rights violations, and inadequate support that uniquely affect this vulnerable population, urging stakeholders to prioritize inclusive healthcare policies and programs to address their needs.
