The World health organization WHO on Monday tracked back on the outbreak of the novel coronavirus this week in 2020.
According to the UN health agency, the world in January last year, had just over a thousand confirmed infections with only twenty out of china.
Today however, global contamination from the covid19 pandemic is about 100 million and more than two million people dead from the virus.
WHO Boss – Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, during the agency’s briefing in Geneva said despite the rollout of vaccines by pharmaceutical giants and inoculation underway, adherence to the instituted protocols remain the surest way in stopping the spread of COVID.
