A three-day regional technical conference on school feeding based on local products is underway in Dakar, the Senegalese capital.
Jointly organized by The Economic Community of West African States and the World Food Programme (WFP) the conference brings together researchers, agriculturists, academics, parliamentarians and financial from the subregion and beyond.
Themed ‘Legislating Change, Funding Futures’, the gathering will allow for the exchange of best practices and institutional models, identify solutions to support national commitments, and monitor progress.
