It’s no news that Non-governmental organizations are reeling from the effects of President Donald Trump’s USAID fund freeze.
This has prompted organizations in the civic space, particularly in the subregion to rethink resilience strategies.
Among these stakeholders is TOSTAN, which organized a workshop in the Senegalese capital of Dakar for several NGOs affected by this fund freeze on exploring resilience strategies and transforming Challenges into Opportunities.
