United Nations Population Fund, UNFPA, and its partners including First ladies of West and Central African countries

have made a joint call for the urgent need to re-enforce and improve the health of women and girls including

the elimination of Obstetric Fistula.

The call was made at a virtual round table on Tuesday organized by UNFPA and the office of the first lady of Niger republic,

to tackle the growing trend of Obstetric Fistula in West and Central Africa.
