In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), authorities have announced a visa ban on Ugandans and some other 20 African countries seeking to visit Dubai with immediate effect.
In a notice issued to trade partners including travel agents, authorities indicate that all applications from the mentioned African nationalities should be rejected.
