More than 150,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine arrived in Togo on Sunday.

 The country received its first batch of the global Covax vaccine against a backdrop of rising Covid 19 cases.

Health authorities in the country announce that the mass vaccination of the population will begin this weekend, with people in key priority groups such as health care workers.
