In Togo, new members of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) were sworn in before the Constitutional Court in Lomé.
Inaugurated on Monday, April 4th, the new officials of the election body were inaugurated in compliance with the constitution, the electoral code and the laws and regulations in force.
