Civil society organizations in Togo are mobilising against the detention of Brigitte Adjamagbo Johnson and Gérard Djossou.
The two leaders of the Dynamique Monseigneur Kpodzro were arrested at the end of November and imprisoned a few days later for attempting to undermine state security.
A movement called the Women, Democracy and Development Think Tank has launched an online petition demanding their release.
The online petition in two languages has already gathered thousands of signatures.
