Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu, has taken note of the alarming surge in food prices and has expressed his commitment to tackling the situation to alleviate the burden on all citizens.

In a statement delivered on behalf of the President, Special Adviser Dele Alake outlined the proposed action plan, which entails the prompt distribution of fertilizers and grains to both farmers and households.
