Sierra Leone’s female population which is 52% has for decades suffered the ills of the society and continue to endure same.
Such has even put them in a discriminating place in politics with hardly any woman holding an executive post in the country’s 17 registered political parties, except Agusta James Teima who is Leader and Chairman of the National Democratic Party.
