In Guinea, the Justice system seems to have taken the fight against corruption to a whole new level, especially in the trial of alleged corrupt officials of the former regime.
On Tuesday, Ibrahima Kassory Fofana, a former prime minister under former President Alpha Condé, was heard on his sick bed at the Pasteur clinic in Conakry.
The hearing which is the first of its kind, is part of his trial for alleged acts of illicit enrichment and embezzlement of public funds.
