In this edition of the street parliament, we head to the Liberian Capital Monrovia where thousands of commercial motorcyclists have voiced their concerns after the government declared Monrovia and its environs a No-Go- Zone for motorcyclists.

According to the government, the measure is intended to minimize the high rate of accidents, crimes, and deaths resulting from commercial motorcycle accidents.
