Sierra Leone’s Covid-19 Emergency Response Center {NACOVERC} has announced that it will embark on a rationalization process through which it will scale down to Forty percent of its staff from the 1st of November 2020.

The current workforce of the national covid-19 response team is over nine thousand across the country.

The spokesperson of NACOVERC Solomon Jamiru said the decision to scale down was reached at the just concluded Covid-19 workforce rationalization conference held on the outskirts of Freetown.
