The Sierra Leonean government has received the 550,000 dosesof the world’s first WHO-recommended malaria vaccine, RTS, S, worth 5.5 million dollars 

Procured by UNICEF with the support of Gavi The delivery will contribute in curbing malaria cases among children under five years of age across the country.
