Senegal’s Supreme Court has ordered authorities to allow Mansour Faye, former President Macky Sall’s brother-in-law, to travel freely.

Faye had been barred twice from leaving the country despite not facing formal charges, according to his lawyer.

The ruling instructs the Ministry of the Interior to lift all restrictions on his movement.
