Senegal’s Sangomar oil field has exceeded expectations, producing nearly 17 million barrels of crude oil since operations began.

Approximately 3 million barrels have already been commercialized, marking a significant milestone for the country’s burgeoning oil and gas industry.

The announcement came from the Ministry of Petroleum and Mines on Tuesday, highlighting Sangomar’s potential as a key driver of Senegal’s economic growth.
