A two–day summit on Sino-African Cooperation FOCAC will begin today, (Monday) at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center, in Diamniadio outside Dakar.
The theme of the 8th edition is: "Deepening the Sino-African partnership and sustainable development to build a community of shared future between China – Africa in this new era.
