With less than a month remaining until the presidential elections in Senegal, multiple candidates participated in the signing of a national pact for good democratic governance in Dakar.
The event was organized by the civil society coalition, dedicated to implementing the outcomes of the national conference and recommendations from the National Commission for Institutional Reform.
