The Senegalese government pays tribute to three of its soldiers of the Minusma contingent who were killed on February 21st in Mali.
The soldiers lost their lives when their vehicle hit an improvised explosive device (IED) in the central region of the country.
As part of the UN force in Mali, Senegal has contributed 850 soldiers who remain steadfast in their commitment to peacekeeping operations in the sub-region, even as several other countries announce their withdrawal.
