Senegalese Ousmane Sonko will appear before a court in the case concerning his claim of the alleged misappropriation of 29 billion CFA Francs of the Community Agricultural Domain Program (PRODAC).
Challenging him in this case is Mame Mbaye Niang who filed a complaint against the Senegalese political opponent last November for defamation.
Sonko, leader of the Patriots party, said that Mbaye Niang, Minister of Youth at the time, had been singled out by the report of the State General Inspectorate (IGE), following the awarding of the contract for the PRODAC Community Agricultural Estate Program.
But Coalition figure, corrected himself saying he meant the report of the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF).
Since yesterday, all the exits leading to the home of the Senegalese opponent are barricaded by the security forces including the streets that lead to the court house.
