Former Senegalese Prime Minister and unsuccessful presidential candidate, Amadou Ba, has initiated the process of creating his political party, which he plans to name the “New Responsibility.” 

This move officially marks his separation from his former leader, Macky Sall, head of the former ruling party, APR (Alliance for the Republic).
